Assisting developers, architects and home owners in finding suitable flooring materials directly from domestic and European Manufacturers.
We help to avoid wholesalers and brokers, since we have long standing trusting relationships with many of the leading producers of wood flooring in this Country and abroad. We are well versed in proper pricing at all levels of flooring materials, so value engineering is a standard part of our work. We take field trips if called for to manufacturing plants to oversee supply chains, quality of materials and milling.
Recommending job appropriate flooring installation companies for the Flooring Project is also part of our work. We prepare a list of at least four Floor Companies with excellent prior job performance and proven reliability for every project.
- Assist with locating suitable sources of materials.
- Assist with choosing qualified fabrication facilities for the finish flooring.
- Help qualifying installation contractors for technical capabilities.
